Ten Things I Learned From Loving Anne of Green Gables
All of these are stupidly accurate for me and my life. These books shaped me in ways that no other book besides Harry Potter has.
So true. I love Anne Shirley. But the word “mundane” is so dreary, don’t you think? I think a more proper word would be “ordinary” or “commonplace.” Something with a little more romance. Because that is a lot of what L.M. Montgomery did. She presented the ordinary world in a way that helped you to realize how incredibly beautiful it really is.
